Now that so many of us are rocking MacBook Airs, we need a stylish way to cary them around. We don’t want them to get scuffed or damp, so a sleeve or carrying case is a good idea for those on the go.
The Cocones Sleeve fits the 13-inch MacBook Air, and it is sexy as all get out. The sleeve itself is made out of 100 percent wool felt, and it features a leather strap, a silver buckle, and suede patches. It’s marketed as “Smoked grey,” and it has the trademarked fuzzy static look of felt.
Keep in mind, the sleeve is water repellant. If you’re caught in a sprinkle, your expensive laptop will be safe. If it gets dirty, you’re going to have to go at the stain with a warm washcloth and soap. Don’t think that you can treat it like a sweater just because it is made of wool. That said, it is made out of extremely recyclable materials, so don’t just throw it away when you’re done with it in a few years.
